About Us
Creative Development Co. was founded in 1970 by John H. Finley III. Creative owns and manages approximately 1,300,000 square feet of property in eastern Massachusetts and Ft. Myers, Florida. We specialize in revitalization of New England Mills and commercial space. Our diverse portfolio provides a home for many types of businesses, new and old, big and small.
The company has two licensed construction supervisors, two licensed electricians, and multiple maintenance technicians specializing in various industries. Our team solves electrical, plumbing and HVAC problems daily. As licensed contractors, we also offer tenants in house fit-up opportunities. The maintenance staff combines many years of experience, skills, and expertise to help each tenant design the space that they truly desire. The crew is ready to make each tenant satisfied!
